Originally from the US, Aleada Branch has lived and worked in New Zealand for over 2 years. She has 13 years of clinical research experience. Aleada has held positions as a Clinical Trials Assistant, CRA, Lead CRA, Senior CRA, CRA Manager, and Clinical Operations Manager. She has conducted numerous training programs for CRAs and Managers. Having managed regional staff in the US, Canada, South America, Australia and New Zealand, she brings an international perspective. She has been employed by CROs, pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She also holds a license as a marriage, family and child counselor with a special interest in career counseling and personal coaching. Aleada enjoys assisting her team members in the successful development of their careers.
