Ann Begley, BSN, JD, is a partner with Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis, LLP. office. Ms. Begley regularly counsels clients on clinical research matters, including IND/IDE requirements, human subject protection issues, and contract/negotiating matters. She serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Clinical Trials Advisor, and is a frequent speaker on clinical research-related issues. Prior to entering the field of law, Ms. Begley worked as a critical care nurse at Georgetown University Medical Center.
