Kate Yawman

Kate Yawman is a Director of Product Management who partners with customers conducting clinical trials to deliver software that streamlines regulatory compliance. Kate believes that technology should play a vital role in facilitating how organizations from sites to sponsors collaborate to run research more efficiently. Kate has been with Advarra (formerly part of Bio-Optronics) for 8 years. Before taking on her current role, she worked on CTMS and eSource products providing a broad view of the clinical research site technology market. Prior to joining Bio-Optronics Kate started her career in pre-clinical research at Johns Hopkins University and University at Buffalo. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware and a MBA in Health Sciences Management and Competitive Strategy from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
