Kenny Kong

Serving as Exostar’s Director of Health IT & Life Sciences, Kenny has consulted and advised some of the world’s largest Healthcare and Biopharmaceutical companies in enabling on-demand access to eClinical technologies using digital identities to securely extend trust across traditional enterprise boundaries. In his tenure, his thought-leadership supported the development of Federal Health IT Standards used in the advent of Electronic Health Records (EHR’s). From enabling compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations on Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances (21 CFR Part 1311) to combat the national Opioid epidemic, to co-founding a federal program that brought Health IT to medically underserved areas across the United States, Kenny is an experienced leader in the clinical implementation of technology.
