Description
This session will offer a basic review of contract law and provide the audience with an explanation of the legal language contained in most contracts associated with the clinical research process. Complicated legal terms will be explained in plain English and the audience will review sample contract clause language to explore ways to revise contract terms to meet their business needs and expectations.
